During the summer we oversee a state park camp ministry at Bliss State Park, near Emerald Bay on Lake Tahoe.

During the winter each major ski resort has a Sunday afternoon 2pm worship service that we support. Our goal is to reach out to

We also are heavily involved in community outreach having distributed over 7000 winter jackets to the needy over the past ten years.

We are also involved with the Tahoe Women's Services, directly operate a food voucher service for the whole North Tahoe area, emergency overnight housing

Represent the Salvation Army assistance programs at Lake Tahoe through our congregation. In short, we see living out Christ's command to share our hearts and talents with those identified as in need, to be a very important part of our identity as a Christian Church serving Tahoe/Truckee.

Christians visiting our area by also 'bringing church to them,' if they are enjoying the outdoors of God's creation at Lake Tahoe/Truckee.

We will attempt to bring a few pictures of all our activities as they evolve.  .

Sunday School is held for our younger members during the services.  Contact  Jennifer Taylor who is director of our youth at Christ the King in our mission of providing the younger members with an interesting understandable spiritual experience.
